The details a booking needs

Lead passenger name, mobile number and email; the airport, the port, marina or hotel; the date, time and flight; how many of you travel; children's ages if you want child seats; and whatever you add in the note, for example the yacht's name or a pin for the quay or jetty. Card numbers are never asked for, because the fare is paid in cash.

What it is used for

Running your transfer and nothing else: confirming it, timing the pickup to your landing, bringing the right child seats and letting the driver call or message you on the day.

Who sees it

Two parties: MerryTourism, our operating partner, which runs the drive and the booking system behind our confirmation email, and the driver given your booking. Booking data is not sold, and it is not passed on for marketing.

Retention

We keep a booking for the period Turkish accounting and tax rules set, and delete it after that.

Seeing, correcting or deleting it

KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law, and the GDPR where it covers you, let you ask for a copy, a correction or deletion. Write to info@marinatransfers.com or answer your booking email.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising cookies are set on this site. Visits are measured with Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, and both set analytics cookies on all pages of the site, to count visits and find the booking steps that cause trouble. Your name, email, phone number, flight number and address are never passed to either tool. A tap on our WhatsApp, phone or email link is counted as a tap; what you write is not.
